SHE WAS DOOMED… On April 15 th 1912, the Titanic, the greatest ship in the world, slipped below the frigid waters of the Atlantic. Yet J. Bruce Ismay, managing director of the White Star Line, stepped into a lifeboat and sailed away from the stricken ship, sailed away from his passengers, sailed away from the cries and screams and tears. This play has toured throughout England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales for a number of years to enormous acclaim.
